Winter Shores

take some time for yourself.

Spring is only 26 days away! I'm so excited for warmer weather, cute outfits, and more sun! If you didn't know, I have always loved spring. It's my favorite season [Since I was born in spring. ;)] besides summer. I already have some outfits planned and some amazing adventures coming up.

It is still chilly outside, but that doesn't mean you can't go to the beach. (Weather permitting.) Even in the winter months, going to the beach is one of those things that I enjoy doing. Watching the waves crash along the shore and just walking on the sand makes me very happy.

One of my favorite days have been where the weather is warmer and the sun is bright! I just love walking along the beach and looking out into the horizon. Even though the weather has been warmer, it still is chilly at certain times of the day due to the wind.

When I'm having a relaxing day and doing nothing but enjoying the sun, I love wearing loose layers and breathable fabrics. One of the staples in my wardrobe are distressed boyfriend jeans. They are a great way to look more effortlessly relaxed and fashionable at the same time. My mood was more muted, earth tone colors like beige, brown and white.

The best purchase of the season for me was this wrap-tie cardigan. It's a heavy knit that keeps you warm and fashionable at the same time. It has a removable faux fur collar which I love!  Perfect for those days that I don't need many layers. For those days that I do want to be a little bit more bundled up, I wear the cardigan underneath a peacoat!

The days where you're relaxing doesn't need any outrageous accessories. A simple clutch, sunglasses and a cute wrap bracelet is all you need!

See you guys next week!
