HOW TO: Unwind + Destress
CATCH A BREATHER AND GET A LITTLE TLC...
The holiday season finally has ended. It's a new year and you need some TLC, desperately. Don't know how to unwind and destress? Here are some of my tips for an amazing time.

1. Catch up on your reading.
We all have that one book where we have placed onto the side and keep telling ourselves that we would finish that book. Here's your chance! Curl up in bed with some tea and have a breather. It's a great way to get off your phone and give yourself a mental break from social media. (Plus tea!)
2. Take some polaroids
Use this time to take some cute polaroids and organize them. It can also be a time for you to get your albums in order. One of my favorite things to do is to go through my albums and take new pictures for them.
3. LAZY DAY!
Who needs to go out for a lazy day? Certainly not you. Wear your favorite sweats, socks and get some pizza. Pizza is always a good idea. Have a hangover? Pizza. Sad? Pizza. Nothing to do? Pizza. There ya go, welcome.

4. Spa Day
Treat yo self! There are days where you just need some relaxation and a break from everyday life. One of my favorite things to do after a hard semester is to visit the spa. They have some amazing saunas and pools for people to use. Search on google for your nearest Korean spa! They are the best.
